My Story
After more than 20 years leading operations across Fortune 500 companies, third-party logistics providers, and family-owned businesses, I learned one simple truth: change isn't difficult because organizations lack ideas—it fails because of execution. Too often, consulting engagements end with a polished presentation, a strategic roadmap, and a final invoice—but little support for the difficult work of implementation. Having experienced this as a Manager, Director, and Vice President, I saw a niche in the market to create real change. I formed Goliath Consulting LLC, a unique service provider breaking the industry model.
